Miscreants threw a petrol bomb at the city house of Dr Jamil A Chowdhury, senior vice-
president of city unit Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL), on Friday.
Witnesses said a group of unidentified miscreants hurled a petrol bomb targeting the house of
Dr Jamil A Chowdhury on the Ambarkhana Electric Supply Road in the city at about 9:00 pm.
A fire erupted from the bomb blast burning some chairs and electric cables near the collapsible
gate of the building.
However, no one was hurt in the incident.
On information, police visited the spot. -UNB, Sylhet
