The BNP will commit a ‘grave error’ if it sits out the coming election under an interim government, Awami League Presidium member Mohammad Nasim has said.
Speaking at Naogaon on Monday, ‘The caretaker concept is now obsolete. The coming election will be held under an interim government. BNP will make a grave mistake if it doesn’t take part in that.’
The former home minister claimed the BNP, Jamaat-e-Islami and Hifazat-e Islam are, through their campaign, giving rise to militancy because they are envious of the country’s progress under the present government.
He urged his own party leaders and activists to rise above their factions and unite. – bdnews24.com
