Dhaka – A schoolboy was killed and five others were injured in a road accident at Baluakandi under Gazaria upazila of the district today.The victim was identified as Bisal Chandr Das, 11, son of Biswanath Das, a resident of Narsingdi Sadar upazila.Bhaberchar Highway Police Camp in-charge SI Abul Hasem said the accident occurred on the Dhaka-Chittagong highway this morning when a bus hit a covered van from behind as its driver lost control over the steering, leaving the bus passenger Bisal dead on the spot and five others injured.The injured were sent to a local hospital.Agency
