CHUADANGA: The local administration on Sunday imposed section 144 at Bhangbaria village in Alamdanga upazila to avert an imminent clash between two groups of BNP convened separate programmes at the same venue and time.
The ban will be enforced from 2:00pm to 8:00pm in the day.
Sources said two groups of local BNP convened separate meeting at Bhangbaria Primary School ground in the afternoon at same time.
Apprehending imminent clash local administration imposed 144 in the area.
