Rajshahi, Oct 5 – Police have arrested the three students of Rajshahi University for their alleged involvement in Islami Chhatra Shibir politics, the student wing of Jamaat-e-Islami from Binodpur area adjacent to the university on early Friday. The Officer in charge (OC) of Motihar police station Sahadat Hossain confirmed the matter.
The detainees were identified as Jonan Hossain, Ahsan Habib, Touhidur Rahman. They are students of Islamic Studies department of the university. – RU Correspondent
