Members of Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested two alleged drug peddlers along with 208 bottles of Indian Phensidyl syrup from Munsi Bazar area in the district town on Wednesday morning.The arrestees were identified as Yunus Miah,33, and Abbas Bhuinyan,45, residents of Chuadanga district.Assistant superintendent of police Shamim Bhuinyan said on secret information, a team of the elite force conducted a drive in the area and arrested the duo in the morning.The Rab members also recovered 208 bottles of Indian Phensidyl syrup after searching their bodies.A case was filed in this connection.UNB,Faridpur
