Two persons were stabbed to death in separate incidents in the district town and Shajahanpur upazila on Thursday night.The deceased were identified as Zakir Hossain, 45, son of late Nazmul Haque Sarkar of Bujorgo Dhama village of the town, and Bipul, 16, son of Khorshed Ali of Jor Damarpara village of Shahjahanpur upazila.
Police recovered the stabbed body of Bipul from a ditch near rail line in Kochoir area in the town on Thursday night.
The reason behind the murder could not be unknown.
Meanwhile, police recovered the body of Zakir Hossain on Thursday night.
Police suspect that Zakir had been killed over previous enmity.
Both the bodies were sent to Ziaur Rahman Medical College Hospital.
