A woman was killed and seven others injured in a road accident on Dhaka-Mymensing highway at Salna on Thursday morning.The identity of the deceased could not be known immediately.Witnesses said a Chourasta-bound human hauler hit a woman, and, later,overturned as its driver lost control over the steering after the incident in front of Concort Garment at Salna, leaving the woman dead at the spot.The injured were whisked off to a local hospital.Sub-inspector of Nawjor Highway Police camp Mijanur Rahman confirmed the incident.-UNB
