Dhaka – A worker died after being electrocuted at Dighirpar Taltola under Manirumpur upazila of the district on Sunday morning.The deceased was identified as Abdul Awal, 30, son of Munshi Abed Ali Sarder, a resident of Dighirpar village of the upazila.According to local people and police, Awal sustained critical injuries at 8:00 am when he came in contact with live electric wire while doing construction work at the house of Moslem Ali.He was taken to Jessore 250-bed Hospital where physician declared him dead.UNB news agency
