Dhaka – Detectives arrested an alleged drug peddler with 300 pieces of Yaba pills from Bagachra area under Sharsha Upazila on Saturday night.The detainee is Imran Hossain Imu, son of late Ramzan Ali, of Navaran area under the Upazila.Sub-inspector Lutfur Rahman of Detective Branch (DB) of Jessore said: “A team of detectives, in disguise of clients, went to Imu’s house and asked for Yaba pills. At one stage of bargaining, police caught him red-handed with 300 pieces of the contraband pills.” A case was filed with Sharsha Police Station in this connection.
