Dhaka, Aug 19 – At least six people were killed and eight others injured as a truck turned turtle on Naogaon- Rajshahi highway in Haji Gobindopur area of Manda Upazila of Naogaon on Saturday morning.The deceased could not be identified immediately.
Anisur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Manda Police Station, said that the accident took place around 9:00 am when the goods-laden truck overturned on the highway, leaving six people dead on the spot and eight others injured.
Some 15 people were boarded on the goods-laden truck. – UNB
