Police arrested nine activists of Jamaat-e-Islami from Maijbari Badipur of the
municipality area on Sunday night.
Police said on secret information, a team of Sunamganj Sadar thana police conducted a
drive in the area around 8.30pm and arrested the nine while they were holding a secret
meeting.
