Members of Border Security Force (BSF) of India picked up a Bangladeshi national from Jagdal border in Baliadangi upazila on Saturday morning. The victim was identified as Abdul Kader, 25, son of late Salimuddin of Ratandighi village of the upazila. Locals said that BSF troops picked up Kader near pillar no 374 of the border around 5 am in the morning. Major Kazi Alamgir Hossain, operational officer of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) 30 Battalion confirmed the incident and said that a letter was sent to the BSF asking for a flag meeting to return the Bangladeshi national. – UNB
