Dhaka-The Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (CMM) Court of Dhaka yesterday (Monday) sent Mizanur Rahman, a Deputy Secretary of the Government to the jail rejecting his bail prayer. Metropolitan Magistrate Shotto Broto Sikder passed the order passed the order. Earlier, on Sunday night the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) arrested Mizanur Rahman red-handed while he was taking bribe at a fast food restaurant in city’s Khilgaon area. -Court Correspondent
