The Election Commission will hold a coordination meeting with the government agencies concerned on May 4 to discuss the countrywide voter list updating exercise that will begin on May 15. Representatives from Home Ministry, Local Government Ministry, Education Ministry, Primary and Mass Education Ministry, Information Ministry, police and Ansar will join the meeting.
The commission will update the country’s voter list in three phases by December next. – UNB
