Members of Customs Intelligence and Investigation Directorate seized 160 gold bars weighing 18.1 kg from a flight of Malaysian Airlines at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Monday night.Airport sources said the flight landed at the airport around 8:56pm.A team of the directorate launched a search at the aircraft after its passengers got down from it.After the search that continued for around one hour, the gold bars were found hidden under a seat of the aircraft.
