Dhaka – A man was killed and three people injured as a speeding truck hit a rickshaw van at Kharikhali on Dhaka-Khulna highway in Sadar upazila in Jhenidah on Tuesday evening.The deceased was identified as Abdur Razzaq, 45, a resident of Baro Gurdah village in the upazila,UNB news agency reported.Police said the accident took place when the speeding truck knocked down the rickshaw van at Kharikhali, leaving Razzaq dead on the spot and three others injured.The injured were taken to Jhenaidah Sadar Hospital.A case was filed with Jhenaidah Police Station in this connection.
