The government has appointed new Deputy Commissioners (DC) for the districts of Niphamari, Bhola and Jamalpur.The Public Administration Ministry issued an order making the appointments on Tuesday.
It said Lalmonirhat Additional Deputy Commissioner Md Zakir Hossain had been appointed as the DC of Nilphamari.
The Personal Secretary of State Minister for Liberation War affairs, MD Selim Reza, will be the DC of Bhola and Sylhet DC office’s director Md Shahabuddin Khan has been made the DC of Jamalpur district.
