Two murdered sisters’ bodies found in Jamalpur

Dhaka, Aug 2 – Police recovered the throat-slit bodies of two sisters from their house at Deoliabari village of Sadar Upazila of Jamalpur on Wednesday morning.The deceased – daughters of Shahin, a Bangladeshi expatriate in Malaysia – were Bhabna, 14, a class IX student of Puglai Mannafia High School and Nurunnahar Rukna, 10, a class II student of a Kindergarten.
Witnesses said locals found throat-slit bodies of Bhabna and Rukna lying on the floor inside their house at 7:00 am and informed police.
On information, law enforces recovered the bodies and sent those to Jamalpur Sadar Hospital morgue for an autopsy, said officer-in-charge of Narayanpur Police Investigation Centre Mohabbat Kabir. – UNB
