Dhaka – A young man was hacked to death by unidentified miscreants at Tarotia in Sadar upazila in Tangail early Saturday.Quoting family members, Abdur Razzak, sub-inspector of Sadar Police Station, said Harun Khan, 35, son of Samad Khan of Khoila Nayapara village in Kalihati upazila, went out of their house on Friday evening and did not return home at night.UNB agencyLocals found the body of Harun lying on the bank of Elangjan River in the morning and informed police.Later, police recovered the body and sent it to Tangail Medical College Hospital morgue for autopsy.Harun might have been killed by miscreants over previous enmity, the SI added. A case was filed.
