The body of an unidentified young man was recovered from Kirtankhola river in Siddikbazar area in the district headquarter on Saturday evening.
Locals spotted the body of the young man aged around 30-35 years in the water body in the afternoon and informed police.
Later on information, police recovered the body from the spot around 5:45 pm, said Sub-inspector Sabur of Port Police Station.The body bore no injury marks, the SI added.
