Detective Branch of Khulna Metropolitan Police seized three bombs and huge quantity of bomb making materials from a Jatiyatabadi Chhatradal (JCD) leader’s house in the city last mid night.
Inspector of DB police Nafiur Rahman told BSS, after receiving a secret information, police conducted a raid on the roof top of a three-storey building of JCD city unit’s former vice president Ferous Alam Milon at No-48 Shamsur Rahman Road in Kotwali Police Station in the city.
Police seized 3 bombs, huge quantity of gun powder and bomb making materials from a poultry firm in abandoned condition.
None was arrested during the raid he said adding that drive is continuing to arrest the JCD leader Milon and his accomplices.
A case was filed with Khulna Kotwali Police Station in this connection. -BSS, Khulna
