Dhaka – Members of Customs Intelligence arrested a along with 900gm gold at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport on Friday afternoon. The arrestee was identified as Abu Bakar. Further details about the arrestee could not be known immediately. Assistant Commissioner of Customs at the airport Rezaul Karim said Bakar landed at the airport from Dubai by a flight of Emirates Airlines around 5:15pm. While he was crossing the green zone of the airport, some customs officials challenged him and recovered eight gold bars from his rectum and gold ornament weighing 100 grams from his handbag, Rezaul added.
