BSF picks up cattle trader from Lalmonirhat border

Indian Border Security Force picked up a Bangladeshi cattle trader from Burimari Mrinalbari border in Patgram upazila on Saturday morning.   The victim was identified as Bulbul, son of Syed Ali of the upazila. Locals and Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) sources said BSF troops of Chengrabandha camp entered into Bangladesh territory near border pillar no 841 and picked up Bulbul after beating him with stick.   Confirming the incident, BGB Battalion-15 commanding officer Lt Col Mahbubur Rahman said they are trying to bring back the man. – UNB
