The Parliamentary standing committee on Commerce Ministry recommended banning rally and procession in country’s commercial areas.The committee made the recommendation following sabotage of Hefajat-e-Islam at Motijheel on May 5.
ABM Abul Kaskem, chairman of the committee made the disclosure in a press briefing at Media Center of Parliament on Tuesday afternoon.
Earlier in the day, the 46th meeting of the committee was held in presence of other members. (banglanews24.com)
